GEM Toolkit

The GEM Toolkit is at the heart of the GEM Programme. It is designed to enable Oxfam staff and partners develop programs that holistically target the three pillars of the GEM approach: Women's Economic Leadership; Power in Markets; and Adaptation and Risk Reduction.

This group is for Oxfam staff to discuss the Toolkit, offer feedback on the various steps and share their experiences in implementing the tools.

The toolkit has not yet been made public, but Oxfam staff can access it through Sumus and anyone else can send an email to lrichards1@oxfam.org.uk to obtain a copy.
