In this webinar, which is part of the WEE Knowledge Hub Webinar Series, we'll be exploring the Rapid Care Analysis, Oxfam's innovative diagnostic tool on unpaid care and domestic work (UCDW). Around the world, women perform the vast majority of unpaid care and domestic work. This is a critical barrier for women's equal participation in the paid workforce and in social and political life, and for gender equality more broadly. Yet more often than that not, we design programmes and campaigns that overlook women and men's different unpaid care work responsibilities and time constraints. At best, this makes our work ineffective, at worst it can cause harm.

Join this webinar to find out the 'What, Why, and How' of doing a Rapid Care Analysis (it's easy, we promise!), and how you can use it in your next programme or campaign design phase.

Who is this training for: Programme managers, researchers and technical advisors who are interested in designing more inclusive and effective programmes and campaigns to promote gender equality and women’s economic rights.
